Cancellation policy

If your order has not shipped and you wish to cancel it, please contact us at shopify-usa@season-of-mist.com

We cannot cancel any orders that have already been shipped or contain merchandise that has already been printed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Any item containing a pre-order product will ship when the pre-order date is satisfied. We cannot split shipments containing a pre-order product into multiple orders. Consider ordering pre-order products separately if you wish to have the available items shipped as soon as possible.
